How do I request to freeze my membership?

To initiate a membership freeze, please send an email to [email protected].

You can request a "Continue Billing" hold on your membership for a duration of 30-60 days, and this can be done up to twice in a year. For fixed-term memberships, while your monthly payments will continue as usual, the duration of the hold will be added to the end of your membership term.

If you have a month-to-month membership, be aware that a small monthly maintenance fee may be applied during the freeze period.

How do I request a membership cancellation?

To cancel your membership, send an email to our service department at [email protected] with a 30-day advance notice.

Please note that any payments due within this 30-day period will still be processed as planned. If your membership is under a fixed-term agreement, an early termination fee will apply upon cancellation.
